Our activities are structured around one organisation:

AUDIT EXPERTISE COMMISSARIAT,
founded in 1991, this organisation's main function is to carry out missions relating to accouting, consolidation and to administrative and financial assistance.
It is also specialised in operational auditing, both in France and abroad, as well as statutory audits (auditorships).

The two partners possess an established track record
in business:

Nicolas FAGOT (since 1989) : aged 51, graduate of Rouen Business School (1978), chartered accountant and auditor: has gained solid experience in auditing (5 years with Price Waterhouse) and financial management (4 years in the pharmaceutical sector with Convatec/Squibb).

Gilles Martins (Since 2000) : Aged 33, chartered accountant and auditor. His 12 years experience relates to audit, accountancy and assistance to Group or low medium size companies financial direction (management control, consolidation, …).

The management team supervise a team of experienced associates, including chartered accountants and graduates in accounting and finance.

Lastly, the management team can draw on a network of highly-qualified free-lance professionals to assist, where necessary, in its missions.
